I've noticed with some councils they are re-defining the parameters of townhouse numbers on amalgamated blocks. The zoning may not have changed but the council now suggests a different street look with noise buffers and privacy between the townhouses themselves and also between the new developments and existing dwellings. eg. Wingercarribee Council NSW.

The result is such that the council is suggesting instead of a possible 9 townhouses on an amalgamated block they want a cute 5 with greenery.

With that in mind, do we just avoid those councils or is it a possible new feature of Stash to show the feasibility of 5?

Hi Angela! The Stash is a software that will help you put deals together with the information provided. The feasibility produces results of the information you input. If there are restrictions on a certain council, you may need to update the property area to reflect it.

In my properties I have amalgamated 5 properties, I would like to now send the letters to these 5 owner's, when I click on the letter function it appears to only give me the original target property. Can you help please?
